When a person turns on the news the common issue reported today is about racial problems. The world is as divided as it has been since the beginning of time. What is sad is how so many "church" folks are caught up in this world's wicked racial agenda. On the surface, it appears that marching for racial equality appears good, but the fruit of this endeavor shows the true foundation of this cause. The fruit of the Black Lives Matter, the KKK and other race hating groups is clearly seen. Division, pride, hatred, acts of violence, the destruction of property all related to the color of one's skin. But their actions are no surprise, they are acting just like their dad, Satan. From the beginning Satan has two goals, destroy the human race and be god, and his mode-of-operendi falls under three realms: Lust of the Flesh, Lust of the Eyes, and the Pride of Life (1 John 2:15).
To take pride in the color of one’s skin is a form of lust of the flesh and lust of the Eyes. To believe one is better than another because of the hue of their skin is a form of pride of life. When it comes to responding to situations related to race it is important to understand the definitions. Who defines what is right when it comes race? If it is man, it doesn't matter because every man has a different opinion, and those who think alike group together and exclude those who don't think or look like them i.e.-black, white, yellow, American, Chinese, Asian, Russian etc. If the Lord Jesus is the one who defines the concept of race, He only acknowledges one race, the race of man (Acts 10:34-35; 1 Corinthians 15:39). So, how I respond to people's reactions to me (as it relates to ethnicity) will depend on what I believe and who I believe defines the human race. Because I believe God defines everything about the human race and defines who I am as a member of this species, what I believe about the reactions of other people towards me will be filtered through who I now believe I am, a born-again child of God. So, as a child of God, I know that there is no shame, no condemnation (Romans 8:1-39) as Jesus paid the price for sins; and with God, there is no partiality (Romans 2:11). God does look or judge a person, make decisions on how to treat a person based on their skin color (1 Samuel 16:17). Consider Jeremiah 17:10, so does God judge a man because of the color of one's skin? Absolutely, not! He judges a person on their character and actions. Because my Father does not judge a person, act upon a person, or classify a person by their skin color, neither will I. According to what is written in the Bible, there are only two classes of human, the righteous versus the wicked. It is so crucial the true Church of God awake and turn from following after the world's and Satan's doctrines as they relate to "race relations."
